My name is Shariem Saterfield

Hello! I am Shariem Saterfield. I am an ATD certified Master Performance Consultant with over 20 years of coaching, training, and talent development experience.

I specialize in providing targeted professional development coaching and high-energy, real-world workshops to individuals and organizations looking to maximize their potential and overcome challenges.

I have worked in corporate environments, non-profit environments, and with individuals of all levels and ages. My most recent corporate job was with Farmers Insurance as an Enterprise Learning and Development Professional designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-wide leadership and DEI&B programs for the University of Farmers.

As the owner and leader of Saterfield Coaching and Consulting, I am able to bring my corporate level coaching and development skills to any organization or individual willing to invest in their greatness!
